Previously, we've always manually created every new account on the server and we've always manually handled all the billing.
Well, we've launched a new backend that will change that for us. Now all account creation is automatic as well as billing, invoicing, and most other account functions. The new system will drastically decrease the time it takes to set up new accounts. Now all that's required is for an administrator to "check off" on the new account and it's done.
We'd like to eliminate the "check off" stage as well but right now we can't. There's too much fraud out there and we need to examine every new account so we can continue to protect out customers, and the server's they're on. We're looking into a few automated anti-fraud techniques but we want to make sure it's implemented right; so it will be a bit before an automated solution is put in to place.
We hope everyone likes the new client area and we encourage any existing user to go check it out. Please let us know if you encounter any glitches or issues with the UI.
